4. Payment

• 4.1. Payments using the Service may be made only using Visa or MasterCard credit cards.

• 4.2. Upon completing a transaction using the Service, you will be presented with a confirmation screen verifying the transaction details you wish to process. It is your responsibility to verify that all transaction information and other details are correct.

• 4.3. We have no liability for transactions that are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of the use of the Service or for loss of data or information caused by factors beyond our control.

• 4.4. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been received by our third-party service provider.

• 4.5. Once a payment has been made, it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept any responsibility for refusal or reversal of payments, which shall be a matter between you and your credit card issuer.

5. Property Transactions

• All property transactions are subject to verification, legal approvals, and due diligence.

• The Company is not liable for disputes arising after the sale unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Seventh Key Gateway Real Estate Development L.L.C is not responsible for:

• Losses due to misrepresentation by buyers, sellers, or agents.

• Delays in property handover due to external factors.

• Unforeseen circumstances affecting real estate market conditions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services if users violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in unlawful activities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or court proceedings as applicable.
