Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Seventh Key Gateway Real Estate Development L.L.C, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided

We offer real estate development services, property sales, and related transactions. These services are subject to availability and legal compliance.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Refrain from fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or unauthorized access to our systems.

4. Payment

4.1. Payments using the service may be made only using Visa or MasterCard credit cards.
4.2. Upon completing a transaction, a confirmation screen will be presented. It is your responsibility to verify all transaction details.
4.3. We are not liable for incorrect transactions due to inaccurate data entry or loss of data caused by factors beyond our control.
4.4. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been received by our third-party service provider.
4.5. Once a payment has been made, it cannot be canceled. We are not responsible for refusal or reversal of payments; this is a matter between you and your credit card issuer.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. The Developer reserves the right to reject any Expression of Interest (EOI) at its sole discretion, without prior notice or legal obligation.
5.2. In such cases, the full EOI amount will be refunded within thirty (30) calendar days, without interest.
5.3. All payments are subject to the applicable Property Agreement terms. Refunds, if applicable, will follow those terms.
5.4. Duplicate or excess payments will not be refunded but may be adjusted against future dues or invoices.
5.5. Applicants are responsible for retaining proof of payment and must submit refund claims within the timeframe specified in the Property Agreement.
5.6. By making a payment, applicants accept these refund terms and agree that the Developer is not liable for any claims outside these conditions.

6. Property Transactions

All property transactions are subject to verification, legal approvals, and due diligence.
The Company is not liable for disputes arising after the sale unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Seventh Key Gateway Real Estate Development L.L.C is not responsible for:

Losses due to misrepresentation by buyers, sellers, or agents.
Delays in property handover due to external factors.
Unforeseen circumstances affecting real estate market conditions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services if users violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in unlawful activities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or court proceedings as applicable.
